Chisago Age Well Dine & Discover “My Chart 101”
Learn to use MyChart for older adults and caregivers. Please bring your Smart Phone. Laptops are welcome.
Two sessions:
12 noon at Zion Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, Chisago City and
3:30 p.m. North Branch Senior Community Center, North Branch.
Check-in begins 30 minutes before each session. Free refreshments provided.

If your health care provider offers online access for patients through “My Chart,” but you’re uncertain about how to use it, this free event is for you! Whether you’ve never used MyChart, but would like to learn, or are a current user who has problems or questions, all are welcome! Presenter Jack Castiglione of MHealth Fairview, and helpers will be on hand to provide assistance. If you’re new to MyChart, you will learn how to sign up and access your health information. Everyone who attends will go home knowing how to keep their account secure, use MyChart to send messages, view tests, manage medications and schedule virtual visits. Those who wish to share MyChart access with a trusted individual will learn how to do so. Caregivers are welcome!
Two locations: Zion Luther Church in Chisago City (12 Noon) and Chisago County Senior Center in North Branch (3:30pm)
