The East Central Regional Transportation Coordinating Council (ECTRCC) is an initiative of the East Central Regional Development Commission (ECRDC) serving the counties of Pine, Isanti, Chisago, Kanabec, and Mille Lacs through a grant from MnDOT. ECRTCC, along with our many partners, is working to serve our region’s transportation needs such as filling gaps in service, streamlining services, and providing further options for those traveling. ECRTCC can be an additional resource for connection and other transportation sources.

The Senior LinkAge Line® is a free service in Minnesota that connects older Minnesotans and their families with the help they need. Assistance is provided over the phone or in person on a regular basis.
The Senior LinkAge Line provides free help to older adults who may need support remaining in or returning to their home. Providers can submit a referral or a person can self-refer for help. When we receive the referral, we will work with the person and/or caregiver to understand the person’s needs and preferences, help connect them with services in their community and follow-up to support long-term success.
The Senior LinkAge Line has free information you can share with your clients so they know who to call if they need support. We also offer interactive presentations to professional staff or your clients. Call the Senior LinkAge Line at 800-333-2433 to schedule a presentation on:
- Medicare
- Fraud prevention
- Preadmission screening
- How the Senior LinkAge Line can help
In addition, MinnesotaHelp.info is available to everyone to find local resources. This is the same resource database the Senior LinkAge Line staff and volunteers use to find and connect services and supports to people across the state.
