Care Crew North has been established as an outreach of Wyoming United Methodist Church to serve those in the community who are either physically or financially unable to take care of their needs. Lakes and Pines Senior Services offers seniors and those with disabilities several volunteer-based services to help them remain in their own homes: chore and delivery, home modification, adult group respite, and emergency housing.
The East Central MN Chapter of “Let’s Go Fishing” takes seniors, veterans, youth and disabled individuals fishing on a handicapped accessible pontoon.

The Senior LinkAge Line® is a free service in Minnesota that connects older Minnesotans and their families with the help they need. Assistance is provided over the phone or in person on a regular basis.
The Senior LinkAge Line provides free help to older adults who may need support remaining in or returning to their home. Providers can submit a referral or a person can self-refer for help. When we receive the referral, we will work with the person and/or caregiver to understand the person’s needs and preferences, help connect them with services in their community and follow-up to support long-term success.
